Welcome to the Carriage House at Sweetwater Branch Inn in Gainesville, Florida.

Located on the second floor above our office, this beautifully furnished private apartment-style suite is one of our most spacious accommodations.

The Carriage House features a king-size bed and twin bed in the bedroom, plus a queen-size memory foam sofa sleeper in the separate living room, allowing the suite to comfortably sleep up to five guests.

You'll also find a spacious private kitchen, a full-size living room, dining nook, and a large private bathroom complete with a shower and whirlpool bath tub, plus a walk-in closet.

And then there's the balcony. ✨ Step outside and enjoy views overlooking our beautiful lily pond—a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind after a day exploring Gainesville.

Whether you're traveling with family, friends, or simply want more room to relax, the Carriage House offers the comfort and space of a private apartment with the charm of a historic Gainesville stay.

Located in our North Florida Cottages, this modern, pet-friendly accommodation features a comfortable king-size bed, convenient kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge with small freezer, and coffee maker, plus a bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination.

One of our favorite details is tucked away in the back of the room: a cozy reading nook with a comfortable chair and windows that fill the space with natural sunlight. ☀️ The perfect little spot to slow down with your morning coffee or a good book.

Lester’s Place also offers flexible accommodations for larger groups, with the option to connect with Pleasant Place Room and Island Grove Studio, all located within the North Florida Cottage.
