It’s opening night for Thornton Wilder’s OUR TOWN, a Pulitzer Prize-winning classic about life, death, and the moments that fall between.

Set in the fictional town of Grover’s Corners, New Hampshire, OUR TOWN follows the Gibb and Webb families through three acts—Daily Life, Love and Marriage, and Death and Eternity. Our production honors Wilder’s vision through minimalistic staging that transcends the boundaries of realism and nostalgia. Forgoing a traditional plot, OUR TOWN uses its spare, poetic form to transform everyday moments into a powerful meditation on time, memory, and what it means to truly live. Its third act—quiet, haunting, and unforgettable—continues to leave audiences speechless nearly 90 years after the play’s debut.
