What is Alive 365 and Why and Where did it begin? Alive 365 began as a dream of mine about a year or so ago as I sat on a beach up in the panhandle of Florida and while enjoying the beach the sand, sun, and surf I began thinking about life, life's trials, and life's rewards. Where I am at in life, where my family and friends are in life and how we as baby boomers are so different than where are pa

rents were at the age where we are today. Somewhat disappointed in Gainesville's lack of entertainment for the baby boomers age group. I started doodling with ideas on paper. I knew for certain I did not want a singles only group and was looking for something more to offer, that would include everybody. Everybody meaning singles, couples and married couples too. After many hours, several cold drinks and many pages of paper later and a whole lot of ideas, some good some not so good the concept of Alive 365 was born. (Also a sunburn too. Lesson learn, next time I storyboard an idea let's all pile up and head off to the beach. No shoes, no shirts, tanning oil, cold drinks, chill, and have some fun tossing ideas around. What is the meaning of Alive 365? As I stated I wanted something for all Baby Boomers for both singles and couples alike. A fun, clean and safe environment for all. And since so many of us enjoy dancing and so many other active activates that keeps us going and alive daily, why not, Alive? The 365 came from, 365 days a year. So the name Alive 365 was born. Alive 365 is open to all. If you are a little younger or older than today's Baby Boomer age?That's OK everybody is still very much welcome to be a part of Alive 365
