What an unforgettable weekend celebrating 25 incredible seasons with our GDC family 💙✨

Thank you to every dancer, parent, teacher, alumni, volunteer, and supporter who helped make this recital so special. We are endlessly grateful for the love, energy, and memories shared on stage this year!

As we head into our after recital break, here’s what’s coming up next:

☀️ Studio closed June 8–14
🌴 Summer Camps begin next week — June 15
💃 Summer Workshop registration is open for July 6–31

We are so excited to see our dancers take the stage at our 25th Annual Recital weekend! 💖 Please make sure dancers arrive fully prepared with:

✔️ Hair & makeup done
✔️ Costumes in hand
✔️ Their BEST energy ready to shine ✨

Please scroll through the dress rehearsal schedule carefully and pay close attention to arrival times. Dress rehearsal will be held at Gainesville High School.

🎓✨ Last, but certainly not least, we are rounding out the Senior Spotlights of our Class of 2026. Please help us celebrate Quinn Sheldon! ✨🎓

Quinn has been a part of the GDC Ohana for 6 wonderful years, and we are so proud of the incredible dancer and person she has become. This fall, she will be attending Clemson University to study Business! 🧡💜

“My favorite GDC memory is the instant feeling of love and support I felt walking into the studio for the first time. I was greeted with open arms while getting exposed to eager, hardworking dancers that became my dearest friends and role models for years to come.”

Quinn’s kindness, passion, and work ethic have made such an impact on our studio and everyone around her. We are so grateful to have been a part of her dance journey and cannot wait to see all the amazing things ahead for her. 💫

Madison has been a part of the GDC family for an incredible 15 years. This fall, she will be attending Wake Forest University to study Molecular Biology + Biochemistry with a minor in Neuroscience! 🎉

Favorite GDC Memory:
“My favorite GDC memory is my very first Nationals, and it holds a very special place in my heart. It was my first time experiencing the excitement of a team and becoming closer to my teammates. I loved feeling that thrill of being on stage and competing together. Fifteen years has gone by so fast, and I want to say how grateful I am to all my teachers and teammates — each of you holds a place in my heart, and you have all helped me grow into the dancer and person I am today. I am excited for the future and will carry these memories with me forever.”

Madison, watching you grow over the last 15 years has been such a privilege. 💫

Carsyn has been a part of the GDC family for 13 amazing years, and we are beyond proud of everything she has accomplished throughout her dance journey. This fall, she will be attending The University of Alabama — Roll Tide! ❤️🐘

She plans to study Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Biology.

Bella has been a part of the GDC family for 11 incredible years, and we could not be more proud of the dancer, performer, and person she has become. This fall, she will be attending Towson University to pursue her BFA! 🎉

Favorite Dance Style: Contemporary

Favorite GDC Memory:
“My favorite memory was the first time I stepped on stage with my brother! It was our very first duet with Ms. Elizabeth, and I was so excited for it that I accidentally bought the entire album on iTunes instead of just buying our song. All those hours spent practicing at the studio and at home paid off at Nationals when we won first place for the first time! We still have the trophy, but it’s more than just that — I treasure the fact that we did it together!”

Bella, thank you for 11 amazing years of dedication, artistry, and heart. We cannot wait to see all that your future holds. Once a part of the Ohana, always a part of the Ohana. 💫
