Call for Artist

Inman Perk Artists Group is currently looking for 12 artist to fill slots for the calendar year 2026, open to all media.

Shows will run from the first of each month to the end of the month. There may be some adjustments to the exact dates, but should run close to the calendar.

Items presented to show must be professionally prepared to hang, if this is your first show, items must be reviewed before hanging. First time present will pay a $15.00 fee that goes toward maintaining professional hanging wires, etc. which is our responsibility.

Artwork is limited to 8 - 10 pieces, approximately 20x30 inches. Do not over crowd, remembering, “less is more”. This event is a showing of your talent, not a complete portfolio presentation.

You may price your work for sale, although this is an opportunity to show, selling is secondary. Some artist have sold work at times, it is rare. Please prepare a brief bio on an 8.5x11 piece of paper as an introduction. Business cards are recommended.

I want to start planning for the remainder of 2024 and the first part of 2025. If you have a particular month you have in mind let get you written down on the schedule. It is really fort come first served.

Also, if you are scheduled and cannot unfill your month, it's ok ... if you let me know immediately. Waiting to the last minute makes it impossible to find another artist. It can hurt your chance to reschedule.

If you know someone who would like to display their art, pass them on to me.

June we will see a group of four photographers, Tommy Meyer, Chuck Kizina, Berrie Smith and myself, John Grogan. We are awaiting Ben Hines to join us later this week.
