✨ Meet our Executive Chef Lina Herrera!

For Chef Lina, great food is about more than what’s on the plate—it’s about creating an experience people remember.

With more than 15 years in the culinary world, Chef Lina has built her career around bold flavors, beautiful presentation, and a love for bringing people together through food. From fine dining and luxury hospitality to banquets and private events, she’s done a little bit of everything—and brings that experience and creativity into the kitchen every day.

Now leading the culinary vision at Courtyard by Marriott Gainesville and The Vault at The National, Chef Lina loves working with fresh ingredients, finding inspiration in the seasons, and putting her own creative touch on every menu.

Her philosophy is simple: every plate tells a story, every event deserves something special, and every guest should leave with a memory worth savoring. 🍽️

Next time you dine with us, you’ll know the talent—and heart—behind the plate!
