Yeehaw!!!!!! Cowboy Modern Junk Journal here at Amazing Grace Paper Crafts.
It’s my very first of a kind!!!!! I was actually inspired to make it when my friend Vicky Syfret sent me a video she took of me many years ago at a crop in Rayne, Louisiana. Yes, that was me, dressed a frog, pretending to be a cowboy!!! (Rayne, Louisiana is the Frog 🐸 capital of the world!!!!).

My super talented friend Monica from Monicas Craft Designs showed me how to make these tags tonight. They are so fun to make!!!!! I invited her to teach them on my zoom in about two weeks.

I have been spending my mornings with Jesus at church lately. I find it very peaceful with NO DISTRACTIONS!!!!!!!
Since I suffer from ADHDTHRUXYZ sitting in a solitary place with soft background music helps me concentrate.
I also made these journals to divide all my gazillion thoughts and requests to God.

I taught a private Modern Junk Journal class to Sharon Wenzel Van Buskirk and Carrie Smola today. We had a great time and good laughs, specially trying to figure out the name of “Pom Pom trims”!!!! (I actually had to google the name!) and showing Sharon how to use UNDO!!!!! Watch for yourself!

I taught a super fun class today to some of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met!!!!
Diane M Pitts, Donna, Mary and Kathy came all the way from the Villages to my home in Gainesville to take a full-day class of “Modern Junk Journals”.
Their choices were “Pirates of the Caribbean”,
“The Little Engine That Could”
“The Ginger Bread Man” and “The Fuzzy Duckling” Little Golden Books.
Two of them were hand-sewn bound and the other two were spiral-bound.
Even though they were all different books they all learned the basics of of pockets, belly bands, waterfalls, layering, clustering, etc, etc, etc.
It sure was a day to remember!
Can’t wait till we meet again!!!
