Lately we’ve been getting a lot of flack about us using AI for marketing and social media.
It’s true…. We use AI. Honestly, it’s the future and we have to embrace the reality for good or bad.
Our head of marketing, Marc Lefton, is incredible. It’s the best way to describe his skills. We gave him an extremely limited budget, almost nothing, and said “please make people aware of us”. So we’ve used it and our business has grown.
We took the additional money and gave our employees money…. The owners have never paid themselves. We bought new equipment. We made things better.
But people are still mad that we used AI. Because of it people who never would have known we existing have stopped by. We think it’s the future. We wished it was more accurate and know that someday it will be.
Our prizes are literally made by local artists… it’s pretty clear what we really care about: locals and art.
We’re going to introduce a lot more organic material moving forward. Our staff is really excited about it and so are we.
So bear with us. This arcade is a passion project. The owners have made zero dollars from it. We do it because we love Gainesville and we want this city to be amazing.
