We’ve completed the work on our Gahanna restrooms and trampolines, they are now both fully functional! We truly appreciate our customers’ understanding and patience during this time.

In addition, we have been carefully reviewing recent feedback brought to our attention, including concerns about cleanliness, customer service, and facility maintenance. We are dedicated to bringing a fun, safe, and clean Momi Land experience back to our customers, and we are working hard toward that goal.

Many repairs and maintenance projects are currently underway, and we are enhancing our cleaning procedures—both with our staff and outside vendors—to ensure we meet the same high standards we set when we opened our first location.

We sincerely appreciate everyone’s feedback, take it seriously, and are committed to addressing all concerns in a timely manner. We look forward to welcoming you back to Momi Land soon!

Hi everyone,

We wanted to share an update regarding the restrooms at our Gahanna location.

Over the past few months, we’ve experienced repeated clogs that caused disruptions to our operations and created an unpleasant experience for our customers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. During this time, multiple plumbing companies assessed the issue, and initial findings suggested debris-related blockages; however, the problem continued to return.

This week, we were finally able to identify the root cause. The piping beneath the floor was improperly installed by previous tenants before we moved in. To permanently resolve the issue, repairs will require removing sections of the floor and concrete, correcting the piping, and then reinstalling the fixtures and flooring.

Repair work has begun today and is expected to be completed by next week. In the meantime, restroom access will remain available to customers via the hallway facilities.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this process. We’re confident that once this major repair is completed, these issues will be behind us and we can continue providing a great experience for everyone.

Thank you,
Momi Land Team
