"Art Quest" is a new feature for this year's Southeastern Plein Air Invitational. On the Art Quest you will discover art three ways:

Discovery #1- See the artists painting on location and view the finished paintings in the GMA galleries
Discovery #2- While visiting the artists, collect a postcard from each. Each postcard has the artists picture, a reproduction of a painting showing their distinctive style, and a quote explaining their approach to creating art.
Discovery #3- Collect five different postcards to become eligible for a drawing of sketches , studies or prints from the plein air artists. Show the postcards at the blue umbrella on location, at the museum office during the week, or present the postcards at the opening reception to enter the drawing. The drawing will be held during the opening reception and winners will be able to take their art home that evening! The postcards are yours to keep and share with art loving friends. You will want to collect the entire set of 15, but only five are required to be eligible for the drawing. For more information, contact the GMA at 256.546.7365!
