🚨Gadsden Amnesty Court Day Announced 🚨

Mark your calendars!! 📅

The City of Gadsden will be holding an Amnesty Court Day on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.

This is an opportunity for people with certain municipal court charges, missed court dates, warrants, or unpaid fines to resolve their cases without fear of being physically arrested.

✔️ Judge Welch will allow individuals to pay half of the amount owed (must be paid that day) and the remaining balance will be waived.

⚠️ Pre-Trial Diversion cases are NOT eligible.

If you or someone you know has failure to appear charges or unpaid fines, this could be a chance to clear it up.
