Hello Friends!!! A friendly reminder this week that Life is full of risks. For Everyone.
But whether it’s choosing to throw down lots of black paint without a plan or walking past a barking dog, I choose to be Brave. Most of the time.
And if I can’t be Brave, I find support to help me: my Community, my doctors, my Friends and family.

Hello Friends!!! A Big part of my practice has always been to Keep Learning. Keep Growing and Discovering. I think that’s Fun, and keeps my ART practice exciting!
This month I have been working on creating thin layers of paint, discovering how darker colors and lighter colors Play together on the canvas. I also chose Big brushes and sponges to move the paint quickly. I am having Fun and Discovering Lots!
I don’t know if these paintings will be a new series. I don’t know if I will keep enjoying these thin layers. But right now I am Happy and Excited to be Exploring ART!
