I’m grateful to have had my painting unveiled Friday night as the cover art for the upcoming Positively Holly Springs Community Guide at the Positively Community networking event hosted by Christine Walorz and Samara Cuccarullo The Resource Room.
It was meaningful to share that moment alongside so many people invested in this community.
The guide celebrates the local businesses, organizations, and individuals who make Holly Springs what it is, and I’m honored to contribute to that story through artwork.

I Voted: Love Never Fails 💙🤍❤️🇺🇸

How we love each other matters more than how we vote.

Did you know there’s solid data showing Americans agree on far more than we disagree , especially when it comes to our core values?
You wouldn’t know it by the news or the division we see in the country.

A song keeps echoing in my head, “I Won’t Give Up” by Jason Mraz:
“I won’t give up on us, even if the skies get tough.
I give all my love, God knows we’re worth it.”

Our families, friends, communities, and country are worth it ,and depend on us not giving up on each other.

Those words also remind me of all the people who’ve blessed my life, many who see the world differently.
Side note: everyone sees the world differently! 😂

Relationships are worth the stretching and growing.
Who am I to say I’m always right, after all?

I grew up hearing people say things like, “I might not agree with what you’re saying, but I’d fight for your right to say it.”
It’s not as common to hear that sentiment anymore, and I miss it. It felt like such a simple kind of respect .

Whatever box you check, remember:
we don’t have to give up on each other. We must not give up on each other.

Because love never fails, and it’s worth it.💙🤍❤️🇺🇸
