IN BETWEEN bands inside the Fox Theatre Fullerton on Sunday the 21st, for Day of Music Fullerton. everyone can enjoy a taste of what the "Chapman's Alician Court" (as the Fox was called in 1925) was presenting then with renowned silent movie organist Ed Torres playing a short of Buster Keaton's hilarious "Steamboat Bill Jr."

Come sit in the Fox and imagine for a few minutes being in Fullerton watching a silent movie in the 1920's. The world outside on Spadra Blvd. would be a different place back then.

FOR THOSE WHO missed it. Here is a great Los Angeles Times article on shooting Apple TV's "Margot's Got Money Troubles" in Fullerton. The show is great if you haven't seen it!

Fullerton is the setting for the dramedy starring Elle Fanning and Michelle Pfeiffer. It's about a single young woman who posts on OnlyFans to make ends meet while raising a baby.

NOT A.I. OF THE FOX Fullerton but as of Wednesday night after scaffolding has come down after nine months. The real thing!

This has been the work completed with new moldings over doors after 1955 demo, new paint in entire auditorium, new curtains.

Unless you were in the Fox BEFORE 1955, you’ve never seen it like this.

Special thanks to Walter Clark whose generous donation for the organ lofts molding restoration triggered several other projects to be completed.

FINISHING TOUCHES are being applied to the painting on the restored organ loft molding (removed in 1955) and stage proscenium by Mural Makers Inc.. After this the scaffolding comes down, the new curtains by ROSE BRAND go up and we should be ready to show you all for Day of Music Fullerton on June 21! Exciting!

ATTN: CORE DRILLING CO'S...We need to drill some holes for the install of tech equipment. Our volunteers are working on the new "Front-Of-House" sound and light position and they need (2) 6" wide by 6.5" deep holes drilled in the Fox's floor to run fiber cabling under the Fox's floor for future shows' electrical, sound, light and video needs.
