1. The charges weren't dropped. I have an arraignment next week. Mom is trying to have me r***d in jail again.

4. Take your time today, Jacki, but give me an answer. I can’t afford a lawyer and my experience with public defenders has been horrid. My mother knows this. All I did was ask her for money to find a place to live. I was homeless. There was a restraining order, very manipulated. She told the judge I asked her if she knew what it was like to be fu**ed in the ass by a man. I never, nor would ever, say such a thing. I am being charged with elder abuse and violation of a restraining order, both misdemeanor counts. I spoke publicly about the jail r**e on social media. The inmates will know this. I am a dead man walking…
5. I didn’t strike her or threaten her, just asked for help. According to the beliefs of her Catholic Church, she should’ve done it.
6. The best way to survive a jail sentence is to not bother anyone or be a pest. I'm going to have to do the hardest thing in the world to do... Stay quiet and mind my own business...
7. She’s so senile she even got a restraining order for me to not be 100 yards of her cat.

Marshal cut off the internet last night about 3 hours ago. I asked him to turn it back on. The Mexican in the other room came out threw me against the wall and hit me. I called the police. The residents told the police he did nothing. they knew nothing. The police were harsh and scared me. They asked me what happened. I told them I'm mentally ill and police scare me. They frisked me and touched my naughty parts. I asked them not to. They were mean and started asking me questions. What is the man's name who hit you? Do you need a paramedic? I was confuse and started crying I asked them to please stop. I got an haunting image in my head when I was a boy and dad got mad and mean and mom got made and mean. I asked them to please stop. They kept asking questions. I guess you could call this a nervous breakdown. please stop. A lot of people hurt me in life. I ask them to please stop. My first grade teacher, the basketball team, the football team, the workers on the union job, I was a scab. I asked them to please stop and was crying a lot of water tears. I asked the police to protect me. They said I was stupid and left. please stop.

He’s bipolar and manic, we don’t know if he is in treatment or taking medicine… but we can speculate to make it sound convincing that he is not… He says he’s sober in AA, but we don’t know… again we can speculate a lie that he isn’t. He’s manic and drinking copious amounts of caffeine and said I stole money from him from the will and trust and wanted to work it out through a mediator, so I called the police to stop from having to pay him for what I may owe him…

The case for bipolar is exaggerated and determined by her psychiatrist that she was paying. My current counsolers are saying I’m not that bad and just a victim of her years of gaslighting me… Like she just did with the caffeine….
Understood. Dan’s accused bipolar will not be determined in this court nor a viable contention in this case…
There was also a question of the will. She had breached confidentiality with my lawyer to have him begin representing her instead of me, as well as my therapist to try to have me conserved and institutionalized… A social worker told me to ask to see the will and when I did, all hell broke loose… the entire family disowned me and I received threatening calls… I was allowed no money from the inheritance while my little brother, Bob and wife, Roz, got a two-bedroom house, a car, a paralegal education, a dog training business and a paralegal career… Last year mom put $50,000 into home repairs for them. I can’t really see if this is a credible allotment because they hid the will for so long and years later sent a copy that was prepared by the lawyer she bought out from me. It contained no numbers and my name was omitted but suggested, He is also known to manipulated legal documents…

The court has ruled that because there was money involved in the argument, Dan is to be restrained from his mother and her cat on the grounds of elder abuse. If you are to approach or ask your mother about the money she stole, you will be arrested and jailed immediately. It does appear that there was mishandling of the money, but that can to be determined in another court. Dan, get an expensive attorney and find out which courtroom if you wish to take this case further financially. However, it appears your mother can afford better lawyers including the one she bought out from you. You say there was no abuse, that she is lying and you would know, because you were there. However, we find you guilty based on your mother’s lie. She can do that. Please search the court records online or wait for your paperwork in the mail!

I spoke to the district attorney’s office today and the case is still under review. It may take up to a year to decide if this is to go in front of a judge. I asked to speak to the DA regarding the case in that the charges, violation of a restraining order and elder abuse, block me from contact to information regarding my father’s will and the family trust. Therefor my family’s legal aggression is keeping me from money I may be entitled to. I was told that I could not inform this to the district attorney, until when and if my case goes before a judge.
