PSA I have a painting (formerly seen by some of you at our art show ) in the Beautiful Mutants Group Show at MutMuz Gallery. Siena is consistently organizing cool events here, including live music, film screenings, figure drawing sessions etc, and this month she painstakingly curated an exhibit with nearly 120 paintings, sculptures, illustrations, and photographs from LA based artists.

If you missed the opening last week, the exhibit will be open to the public Wednesday-Sunday from 11am to 5pm until December 15th! Do yourself a favor and give a follow to stay up to date on upcoming events ☺️

A couple of weeks ago while I was working on my painting for our art show, a local photography student named Emerald stopped by the shop and asked to take an environmental portrait for her school assignment. I remember struggling to find inspiration/willing subjects for assignments back in my college photography days, and it was honestly such a lovely full circle moment for me to not only be on the other end of the camera, but to be able to talk gear/lighting/composition etc. and give some useful pointers to someone on their learning journey.

Fast forward to our art show last Sunday, and lo and behold she comes in to gift me with this print! What an absolute sweetheart!

Anyway, our art show was a blast! If you missed your chance to catch my (now finished) painting this past weekend, it'll be hanging up in 's Beautiful Mutants show on November 14th! Siena has been hard at work curating another killer show (as she so often does), I can't wait to see her work her magic ✨

Okay so this next phase of Campfest spam is largely a Benny appreciation post!
This year Lindsay trusted me with the honor/responsibility of hosting Friday night in the Party Barn and I truly could not have done it without my pal ! Thank you Benny for letting us use your PA and for being instrumental (pun intended) in cultivating a chill ass time for all of our campers 🥰

Slide 1) some silly footage pre-synth jam (I'll get to those vids later)

Slides 2-6) Ben made this insane giant connect four synthesizer. Here are some demos and also some memes I made a couple of months ago because I was so stoked on it in the early stages

Slides 8-9) last year our Friday night host wrote a fun campfest theme song which was brought back this year for our opening ceremony by popular request! I wasn't super confident on the song, so my pals .depasquale .thomasedison stepped in to help us out. They were all incredible, five stars all around

Campfest spam incoming!

So this year Alec and I started working on a little duo we like to call and we played our first set ever at Campfest 2025! I'm so proud of these silly little covers and I can't wait to start working on some originals with my Mayne Squeeze™

Fun fact: years ago during peak COVID lockdown I hit up my homie and was all "hey dude I have this banjo and all this free time and I wanna learn how to play music, can you help me out" and long story short I am a bad student and I didn't learn the banjo (at least not until recently), but I did get a cool boyfriend 😎 anyway I'm so grateful to be on this musical journey and that I know enough to play some songs with my best boy 🥰

Shout out to .saiyo for taking all these cool videos and pictures of us! I love them all ❤️
