Meet Miss Liv!

Olivia Lillich began dancing at age three and loved it from the start. Of her 15 years as a dancer, 11 were spent with The Dance Pitt. She trained in ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip-hop. In eighth grade, assisting classes sparked her passion for teaching, and she’s now worked with TDP’s younger dancers for seven years. Olivia loves being part of the foundation that builds a love for dance, and her appreciation for the fundamentals is one of the many reasons she enjoys it so much. Outside of dance, she is a full-time student and UPS employee.

💃 This season, Miss Liv will be teaching Level 2/3 Hip Hop, Tiny Tots, acro, and drills/flexibility.

Meet Miss Sydney!

Sydney Wilson, co-owner of The Dance Pitt, has spent the last 15 years sharing her lifelong passion for dance through a studio known for its warm, family-centered environment. As a dancer since age two and 14 years in elementary education, she’s dedicated to nurturing young minds both in the classroom and on the dance floor. Her favorite part of teaching is watching dancers grow into confident, resilient young adults. As a proud mom of two, Sydney finds deep joy in raising her girls within the inspiring community she’s helped create at TDP.

💃 This season, Miss Sydney will be teaching our Mini, Junior, and Tiny Comp classes, along with a variety of Diamond Elite team rehearsals.

Meet Miss Kiley!

Kiley M***a has been a part of The Dance Pitt since the beginning, transitioning from a competitive dancer to now sharing her passion with dancers of all ages and levels. This is her second year teaching elementary education, while also coaching high school track and working on her master’s degree. With a love for teaching, she focuses on helping young dancers build confidence while nurturing their passion for dance. She is trained in all fundamental styles and has worked with many professional dancers and choreographers. “I aim to inspire young dancers, creating a love for dance that lasts a lifetime.”

💃 This season, Miss Kiley will be teaching ballet/technique, Level 1, Level 2/3 Combo, Tiny Combo, Tiny Tots, and Junior, Pr***en, and Teen rehearsals.

Meet Miss Abbey!

Abbey Balk began dancing at age three and has trained in a variety dance styles. Over her 15-year journey, she’s attended many intensives, conventions, and competitions at both regional and national levels. Along the way, she discovered a passion for teaching and choreography. Abbey finds joy in watching her students grow as dancers and individuals and feels grateful to teach such passionate and inspiring young artists. This is her 5th year of teaching elementary education and she’s also a mom to the sweetest one-year old!

💃 This season, Miss Abbey will be teaching ballet and technique across different ages and levels, along with a variety of Diamond Elite team rehearsals.

These kids have been BUSY this weekend and last, learning pieces from incredible choreographers for this competition season. We are so excited to see these routines grow throughout the year, and are so proud of our dancers.

Thank you to Katie Oberg🤍, Cathy Patterson and ALLANA 💋 and her crew from vybedancecompanyy for pouring into our studio and challenging our students. They learned so much and had an amazing time!
