Shouts out to Bustang for their free WiFi! I’m headed to the airport to visit with family but was able to drop off all of these antique encyclopedia books yesterday. $2 a copy and perfect for reading, decor, craft collages, book purses, you name it.

I didn’t realize that every book had a few color photos in them and so I got distracted and looked through them all. Here are a few of my favorites! Imagine a world pre-internet when these books would be your only way of seeing far off places and learning about animals, history, and the world’s people.

It’s a Shop Drop™️!

As always, lots of great and random stuff in the shop. A bucket of jewelry supplies got dropped off, along with lots of yarn and sewing notions. Still lots of paints, used canvases, journals and more.

I recently spent a couple of hours putting in little containers to better break things down in to more specific categories so hopefully it’s easy to find your way around.

I dropped off two boxes of supplies with some fantastic things!! # Lots of paint sets including oils, a Van Gogh set, watercolors, art pencils, colored pencils, sketchbooks, canvases, a paper cutter, and more!

These DIY rings are from my own personal stash! I had this vision to cover them in crochet but I never did get around to it. My procrastination is your fascination! There are only *four* of them so grab them while they’re available!

Nearly full Indian ink, glitters galore, farm fresh wool, craft kits, and thread is fully restocked!

🗑️ Trash Craft Update! The cardboard headboard journey in all its glory, including when I realized that I’d measured it to 6 ft 2 inches instead of 62 inches (AFTER stapling everything together 🤡) so it was a full foot longer than it needed to be. I’m especially proud of making covered buttons out of milk jug tops and tufting the headboard for that ✨quilted✨ look.

Made with: cardboard, batting from a comforter I took apart to make curtains, a thrifted blanket, wood slats, cable ties, milk jug lids and lots of hot glue.

You can make cool and beautiful things with trash! As they like to say, being cheap is the mother of invention.
