WANTED: DRUMMER
Looking for a cool, talented drummer who likes to drink and jam between gigs.
Jenny & The Bangers is a coverband which covers rock from the late 60s to today. Led Zeppelin, Heart, Cheap Trick, Pretenders, Journey, Carly Simon, Jefferson Airplane, Grace Potter, etc. We had a kick-ass drummer who just moved out of state. We are comprised of a female lead singer, lead guitar, bass, and looking for a drummer. Jenny sings most of the songs, but everyone in this band sings, so if you are a drummer who likes to sing, great! If you hate singing, then that's fine too, cuz we got you covered.
We don't play for free cuz we're all seasoned musicians, but we aren't looking to make a career out of this band. What we had and what we want to maintain is getting together about once a week or two in Arlington, slogging back a few beers, jamming out and booking gigs all over the metroplex on a consistent basis.

BONUS: Jenny has another band called Shaken Not Stirred. She has a drummer for that band, but he is in a few bands so he's not always available. If you like big band, jazz, spy kind of music (think Shirley Bassey, Harry Connick Jr.), Jenny will most likely ask if you'd like to play in some of these shows as well.
