Welcome to the 2018 season of mums and garters. I am looking forward to making you a perfectly beautiful mum with a satisfaction guarantee! A final picture of all mums and garters are sent to you for final approval. At time of delivery, once again I will make sure that you are happy. This year only change is that I will be requiring a 30 percent non-refundable deposit down for each order that is placed, accepted and given a delivery day. Balance in full is due at time of pick up and you take possession. As always, an order placed earlier the better to insure that I will be able to accept a custom mum. This is a mid mini mum. 10" streamers and a 3 1/2" mum. It has 3 tikes, small disco ball and bell. One mini streamer with up to 7 loops and a whip $25. Just over 15"'s in length.
