For 40 years, Jefferson Washington Township Hospital Unit Secretary Alice Wickizer has been spearheading the annual Adopt-a-Child for needy children in Gloucester County. Gifts are also provided to seniors at a local nursing home. This year, hospital employees and physicians bought gifts for 120 children and 70 senior citizens. As Alice is proud to say: “Our work family takes care of families in our community.”
