Fresno Reel pride is one of the longest-running LGBTQ+ film festivals in the United States, and is dedicated to using the power of film to amplify diverse voices, foster community connection, and create a platform for underrepresented storytellers. The 37th Annual Fresno Reel Pride LGBTQ+ Film Festival is Thursday - Sunday, September 17-20, 2026. Join us for four-days of films, events, and community! 🏳️‍🌈

For 37 years, Fresno Reel Pride has brought people together through the power of storytelling, creating a space where LGBTQ+ individuals, families, friends, and allies can gather in celebration, understanding, and community.

We warmly invite you to join us for the 37th Annual Fresno Reel Pride LGBTQ+ Film Festival as we embrace this year’s theme, “Reel Community.” More than a play on words, the theme reflects both our love of film and our belief that stories have the power to connect us — to help us feel seen, understood, and less alone. In a world where genuine connection can sometimes feel elusive, coming together to share our voices, experiences, and humanity is more important than ever.

Through inspiring films and meaningful conversations, we will celebrate the diversity, resilience, and joy of our community while reaffirming a simple truth: when we come together, we are stronger. We hope you will join us in this celebration of belonging, connection, and the stories that bring us closer to one another.

Every person deserves the freedom to live as their true self, to have their identity respected, and to be embraced for who they are — not who others expect them to be. Nonbinary people have always existed, enriching our communities with their creativity, resilience, and unique perspectives. Today, and every day, we honor your stories, your voices, and your invaluable place in our community.

At Fresno Reel Pride, we believe that everyone deserves to see themselves reflected on screen and to know they belong. Hi friends! 🌸 It’s opening day and fireworks are now on sale! 🧨🎆

We hope you’ll come out and support us! It’s a great way to get all your fireworks for the year and support Fresno Reel Pride at the same time! Your support makes a difference! 🩷

Our stand is located at the Southwest Corner of First and Nees (in the Smart & Final parking lot).

Don’t forget Fresno County only allows fireworks to be sold during this window of time during the year, so be sure to stock up on fireworks for all your other celebrations/occasions all year long!

Fireworks will be available for purchase through Sunday, July 5, 2026.

Remember, discounted festival passes will be only be available for purchase during the month of June, so you’ve only got a few days left to save! Festival passes may be purchased at our fireworks stand.
