Our second Student of the Month is Laura Hunter!
Laura Hunter is a senior Music Education major at Fresno Pacific University. She is a soprano in the Fresno Pacific Concert Choir and Women’s Chorale. She also plays piano and rings bass in the Pacific Bronze handbell choir and in the student-run handbell quartet. In her spare time, Laura enjoys reading fantasy and finding new board games to play. A long term hobby of hers is that she is currently working on transcribing the Harry Potter book series into the International Phonetic Alphabet. Laura says her proudest accomplishments is arranging music for ensembles. This semester, she has arranged one of the pieces the handbell quartet will be performing at the handbell concert on December 4th, 2019.
