Others through tragedy beyond our control

Death unites us all
Let us come together and honor the lives of those we love

Fellow artists
I invite you to celebrate with us
Contribute with a song
A poem
That spoken word piece that tells the tale of your muertito
Or that painting you want them to see
These are important offerings
It is Important for us to let our creativity live
Let it adorn this world for when our muertitos are here with us once again
They walk into a magical world filled with community creativity and love

Calling all youth artists in the San Mateo County ✨🎨
Deadline extended to this Friday, February 17,2023!

This mural will engage youth around San Mateo County in the development and creation of a mural that honors Supervisor Don Horsley and Congresswoman Jackie Speier, two leaders that have paved the way for safe schools and thriving communities. Their collaboration with San Mateo County Office of Education and other county agencies helped form the Coalition for Safe Schools and Communities, which keep students safe every day.

We stand with all the victims and family of those affected by this monstrous act violence against our LGBTQ+ in Colorado Springs. Our corazón is in pain but we remain strong with our head high proud to be who we were meant to be. Together as community we can provide the tools necessary to create change for our LGBTQ+ community. Sending lots of love and abrazos to our folks in Colorado Springs ❤️
