Garage Conversion to ADU – 620 Sq. Ft.

We recently converted a three-car garage into a complete 620 sq. ft. ADU. This was a full conversion from the ground up, including new plumbing, sewer, water lines, and completely new electrical throughout.

We installed new windows, drywall, paint, flooring, and leveled the existing sloped floor. The ADU includes a new kitchen with cabinets, an electric range and hood, plus a built-in laundry area. All plumbing, sewer, dryer, and exhaust ventilation was properly installed and vented outside.
