We had a very special evening last night with Austin MacRae, Jim Colbert, and a mama bear and her cubs! And, stormy weather ⛈️ !! Thanks to everyone who came out!!

We have two opportunities for getting a free ticket to one of our upcoming 2023 concerts!
We are very close to finishing off a roll of 2000 tickets!! I don't remember what year we purchased this roll but that means 2,000+ people have enjoyed Oak Mountain Hideaway House Concerts over the past 18 years! At an average of $20/ticket, we have generated over $40k to support the bands and musicians who have been so gracious to come into our 🏡 to entertain us, and the wonderful folks who have attended! As a small token of our appreciation, Ed and I will purchase one free ticket for the person who gets the last ticket on what's left of our roll and one for the lucky person who gets the first ticket on the new roll! Invite your friends to see if it happens at our concert this Saturday!

We will also have a prize for the person who guesses how many tickets are left on the roll. Attendance for our August 12th show is required to win. Closest wins. If there is a tie, we will hold a drawing.

BAD NEWS: And so it goes. We now have availability this weekend at our cabin. We had a cancellation. 🙁
GOOD NEWS: We have a house concert this weekend so come see the show and stay the weekend! If it's clear, there is also a meteor shower and we have DARK SKIES!! This is also the cabin in which some of the scenes from Generational Sins was filmed! You can watch it here!

We had an awesome opener for our concert series with John Doyle and Mick McAuley Music last evening! The only thing that would have made it better would have been more people in attendance. It was a light crowd. We missed many of our regulars! Our next show is on August 2 at 7PM with Aoife Scott hope you can make it!
