We want to say a BIG thank you to everyone who showed up and supported us! We’re so glad to provide a class that people genuinely enjoy coming to and one that we knew our Active Adults 50+ community needed.

It was wonderful to see everyone moving, stretching, getting stronger, and enjoying time together in a fun and supportive environment. We’re excited to keep building this community with you!

Now, let’s keep it going! 🙌 Keep showing up, invite a friend, and tell your neighbors. Your participation helps us continue offering this class and creating more opportunities for our community to stay active, strong, and connected.

👻 Come dressed in your best costume and enter our Costume Contest. Open to all ages!

🕸️ Be brave enough to make your way through our sponsored Haunted House by The Misfits. They put so much creativity and hard work into making it a spooky experience you won't want to miss!

🐐 We'll also have a petting zoo for everyone to enjoy.

🚗🍬 Don't forget our Trunk-or-Treat Contest for businesses! If you'd like to decorate a trunk and participate, please email us to reserve your spot.

Every great class starts somewhere! 💪😊

Meet our instructor, Jeanne, who is passionate about helping Active Adults 50+ build strength, improve balance, increase flexibility, and stay active in a fun and supportive environment.

A big thank you to the two wonderful ladies who joined us for our very first Strength + Stretch class! We had a great time, and it was the perfect start to what we hope will become a thriving community.

Now we need your help! Invite a friend, tell your neighbors, and come join us next week. Together, we can build a welcoming class where everyone feels encouraged, gets stronger, and enjoys moving together.
