All deposits are non-refundable — they cover materials & time before starting.

💰 Final payment is due before shipping. I’ll send photos, do a video call, or meet within 50 miles of 14136 (if I’m comfortable). If you don’t pay the balance within 30 days after completion, I may white it over or post it for sale (with your approval if personal/sensitive). Your name will not be shared.

🎨 REWORKS & REDOS
âś” Includes: 2 major + 5 minor reworks per piece. Major = At least half of painting/frame. Minor = Less than half of painting. Redo = Start from scratch unless you choose to keep working from the original. If still unhappy after included reworks, I may stop and keep the deposit. You can pay again for a redo (comes with new reworks).
⏳ TIMELINES
đź–Ś 18x24 or smaller: Painted in 7 days + 7 days drying (oils).
🪵 Framing: Adds at least 7 days; carving may take longer.
📏 Larger pieces: 14–30 days for painting or framing; prints same unless delayed by printer/shipper.
🎨 MEDIUMS
Mostly oil paint (oxidizes, ~7 days to be safe to touch). May mix acrylic/watercolor for effects. No final varnish coat.
📦 SHIPPING
✅ Insured & tracked. Damage: I repair & resend once free; 2nd damage = 50% refund, deposit kept. Lost: 100% refund. Most prints larger than letterhead are rolled for shipping. Massive frames may ship in tube or large flat box — I’ll confirm after signing.

âť“ FAQ HIGHLIGHTS
Q: Will you share my commission on social media? A: I’ll request to post a screenshot on my Facebook art page, but I won’t share without your approval, especially if it’s explicit. Q: What subject matter do you accept? A: Almost anything — n**e, abstract, wacky, simple, or even violent/bloody (if lawful). I do not accept unlawful images. Q: What if I can’t afford your rates? A: I’m open to negotiation. Q: How big can you go? A: Space is the only limit. If it won’t fit in a vehicle, it’ll be rolled and shipped in cardboard or plastic tubing. Q: Can I copy or resell the work? I retain all reproduction rights. If it doesn’t have my signature, it’s not authentic. Q: Can I request different shapes or orientations? A: Absolutely — circles, ovals, squares, rectangles, irregular shapes. Frames are limited to square and rectangular.
