Stampin' Dragon I have been a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator since 2002. I am primarily a hobbyist, I do occasionally have Stamp Camps.

Sat., 7/25/26 Held my Stamp Camp. Only 2 people able to come. Margarethe had a Celebration of Life for a friend of ours (and a former stamping customer), Sharon Johnson to go to. We didn't find out about it until earlier this week. Another wasn't interested in the new Hot Foil System that I was going to be demonstrating. Both Kathys enjoyed using the new Hot Foil System. Kathy M. did it first and I forgot that we needed to do the coloring with the stencils for the butterflies before cutting them, so she used Stampin' Blend Markers vs Blending Brushes and ink pads. Kathy S. decided to use the Stampin' Blend Markers, too.
We had a good time and then since we were grilling, they stayed and had dinner with us and then Harold took Kathy M. to the train station to go home.

Held another Stamp Camp on Sat., 05/23/26. Had to cancel last month as I was recovering from a mild case of COVID.

Margarethe Andersen, Kathy McNeil and Christine Wagner attended. I had 3 cards for them.
Card #1: Used the single Get Well Soon stamp. To get it dark enough to show up on the floral patterned vellum, I had to stamp it on the vellum & on a piece of white cardstock to mount the vellum on. Used the old Stampin' Up! Stamparatus to line them up.
Card #2: Used the DSP in the Silly Old Bear Collection (Online Exclusive) and the Labels stamp set in it. I cut out the scenes in the DSP and they chose whi h one the wanted and they also used some of the characters in the DSP.
Card #3: Used the Relaxing Waterside Bundle and matching DSP. For my sample, I couldn't find my Balmy Blue Ink Pads, so I used my Pool Party ink pad & cardstock. Didn't care for it, so I kept hunting and found it and cut Balmy Blue cardstock for them. Unfortunately, it appears my ink pad was contaminated with the wrong reinker, so it was too dark and green-tinged (think Pool Party refill was used on it -Sigh!) We made due though. Everyone seemed happy with their cards.
Kathy's boyfriend, Edgar had come down with her. Such a nice guy. Sat there and listened to us cackling hens. They were going to dinner at Alpine Chef before catching the train back up to Woodbridge, so Harold and I joined them and saw them off after dinner. It was really nice to have a chance to talk to her one-on-one for once.

Received my April 2026 MPP - Lakeside Retreat. I'm going to like these cards, but only need a couple of Father's Day ones, so will use something different on the rest.

I haven't even gotten the March ones done yet, so the plan is to do them tonight (going to bed in a second) and then either Thurs. or Sat. get these done.

Feeling better, but still tired all the time. Sat in my chair and finally opened my Stampin' Up! pre-order for the upcoming May-Aug. 2026 catalog and a few bundles from the Online Exclusives (last 5 pictures).

Had to cancel my Stamp Camp for Sat., 4/18 as I don't want to infect anyone and my entire household is recovering from COVID. Bonnye tested positive yesterday, but you'd never know she was sick otherwise.

Anyway, here's a sneak peak at what I got. Love the new In Colors. I was surprised to see them in the mini vs the usual wait for the annual catalog.
UPDATE: Discovered readin colors in time mono is that there will no longer be an Annual Catalog, replaced with mini 3X a year.
