Bacon's Castle, the oldest brick dwelling in North America, and the Tidewater Dogs of War, will again be host to a Buhurt International Melee tournament.
Watch as teams from around the world battle, all while outfitted in full suits of armor with period weapons to match.
From full armored combat to musical performances, there’s something for everyone at the Tournament. Wander through the vendor market while sampling b**r, mead or w**e!
The event will take place rain or shine and is located at Bacon’s Castle, 465 Bacon’s Castle Trail, Surry, VA 23883. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by Preservation Virginia.
