Had such a fun time making myself these this morning. I’ve been wearing this little recycled silver and moonstone pendant on a chain for a few years but I love it even more with the beads. A refreshing change from working strictly with metals. Beading supplies came from - it’s so fun to go treasure hunting there! The price of silver has more than doubled since I started making jewelry a few years ago, so I’ve been searching for ways to continue making work that is budget and also planet friendly. Almost all the materials in these pieces are recycled or second hand. What do you guys think? Should I make them in more colors? Who needs some layering necklaces?

Finished my first piece in 2026 today 🌞 I made these porcelain discs close to a year ago. It feels so good to see this piece come together that I’ve been imagining for so long. Creating has had to take a bit of a back seat since I started a new day job a few months ago that I’ve been really pouring myself into, but it feels good to know that making things will always be there when I’m ready to return to it.

After several months of dreaming about these pieces I finally got my first pair of porcelain & turquoise earrings made today! The turquoise are set in sterling silver, with the other elements made of 14k goldfill wire. I LOVE how these came out. They will be available at soon but for now I'm hoping to put a little collection together by the end of August to display together!

I've always loved scallops as a design element. There's something so folky and retro about them that feels like home to me. The gold color of the brass in these pieces feels joyful and regal to me. I really want to see what a whole necklace made of the scallops would look like. It's on my to-do list!

More subtle and easy to wear with only a few, but if course I envision making a whole collar of them! Both versions are lovely in their own way.... I just need to make that really over the top one!
