There are some people who become part of your life long before you ever realize just how much they’ve shaped you. For me, Dolly Parton has always been one of those people. ❤️

From the time I was a little girl, Dolly has been a constant source of joy, inspiration, and comfort. 9 to 5 was one of my absolute favorite movies, and I grew up admiring the woman behind the big hair, the rhinestones, and that unmistakable voice.

But Dolly has always represented so much more than that.

She represents beauty, strength, resilience, grace, and kindness. She has shown the world that you can be unapologetically yourself, work hard, dream big, and still lead with love. She has a way of making everyone feel seen and reminding us that kindness is never a weakness.

And maybe that’s why she has always felt so special to me. Her message has never just been about being successful—it’s about lifting other people up along the way.

Dolly, thank you for being a beautiful example of what it means to be strong without losing your softness, successful without losing your humility, and extraordinary while still making everyone feel welcome. 💕✨

Step into your darker, more seductive side with Sinner Sunday, a 3-week course exploring sensual movement, flow, floorwork, and chair choreography.

Designed for advanced beginners and higher, this series is perfect for students who have a solid foundation in pole and are ready to explore a little more attitude, musicality, and confidence. If you’ve just completed Intro to Pole, this one may be a little spicy for your current skill level.

There are no counts to memorize and no set choreography to follow. Instead, you'll have 90 seconds of sultry music to move at your own pace, discover captivating shapes, experiment with light and shadow, and connect with your body in a way that feels authentic to you.

Whether you're experienced or simply looking to explore a new side of your movement, this workshop offers a supportive, judgment-free space to play, create, and embrace your inner confidence.
