Plan: 5/3/1 w. Big Boring and Slow
Diet: High Protein/Fat - Low Carb
Target: 544kg (1200lbs) qual for Nationals (squat - bench - deadlift)
One more month healing the meniscus/cartilage repair then the rehab wheels come off. Every successful lift does something that words can't explain, it's a self-love not found elsewhere.
