The reception takes place during Colonial Beach's Art Walk from 6-8:30pm and we are happy to offer 20% OFF OF ALL POTTERY AND PAINTINGS INCLUDED IN THE SHOW DURING THAT TIME. Pat and I have a great mix of pottery and paintings on display, some of which were created to coordinate with each other. "Roll Out the Red Carpet" 20x10x1.5 acrylic on canvas. I painted this to pair with a beautiful pottery piece made by my good friend and potter Pat Nixon-Gwin . She and I have a joint show called "Pieced Together" opening June 1st at the CB Creative Art Center . Hope you'll come out to our opening reception during the second Friday art walk in Colonial Beach on June 12 from 6-9. Thanks to the Colonial Beach Artists Guild for inviting us to exhibit during the month of June.

"Beach Bound" and "A Glimpse Through Bare Branches" both sold over the weekend at Canal Quarter Arts .The Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon brings so many people to Fredericksburg and I'm grateful to my new collector for returning this year and coming into the gallery for the second year in a row and purchasing my artwork. Big thanks to Barbi Bulla Barnum for handling the sale. (Go check out her gorgeous art!)

Hey there! For the month of May, I've got 22 of my paintings (a mix of landscapes and patterned abstracts) exhibited at the Cultural Arts Center in Glen Allen . You can find my art just inside the front entrance, at the Slantwall Gallery which is as the name suggests, a slanted wall that starts at 8ft and descends down to about 3.5 ft. More of my paintings are hung in the corridor near the elevators. The grand opening of 4 art exhibits (including mine!) is this Thursday, May 14th from 6-8. This is a pretty cool place with 4 art galleries, theaters, event space, gift shop and more! Hope you can come join me!

I love having this light bright space at Canal Quarter Arts to display my artwork. And thank you to Everclear Acres for making custom natural wood frames that show off my paintings in the best way!

Come on in for a visit and see beautiful art from more than 90 artists. I'll be there working/painting Wednesday and Thursday this week. Hope to see you! 😁
