What to Expect:
• Targeted mobility, strength, and balance work
• Live classes at 7 AM Monday, Wednesday & Friday (or watch recordings anytime)
• Simple setup: a chair, wall, comfy clothes, optional weights or bands
• Movement informed by Postural Restoration, Mobility, Functional Conditioning, Yin Yoga & end-range strength
