Showcall, Inc. located in Frederick, MD, an award winning audio-visual production company, is seeking truck drivers to safely transport audio-visual equipment from our Frederick, MD shop to various event venues in the DC/MD/VA area region.

Requirements:
Clean driving record for at least the last 3 years. No DUI’s
DOT Medical card required
MUST HAVE Experience driving 24’ Straight Truck
Experience driving downtown Washington, DC
Understands current DOT regulations pertaining to commercial vehicles
Non regular hours
On time is a must
Will approach every job with SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE as top priorities
Subject to random drug screening

MHA Audio announces the promotion of Jacki Grubb to Senior Vice President of Operations

Jacki Grubb joined the MHA Audio team in 2021 as Controller, coming to us with over 25 years of financial and human resources experience. As of January 1st, Jacki has been promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations for MHA Audio and affiliated businesses, Showcall and Checkmate Global. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Jacki’s responsibilities are expansive, including finance oversight and analysis, forecasting, CapEx, human resources, marketing efforts and business development, while also managing the day-to-day accounting operations of the Companies. "Jacki has elevated our corporate financial analysis and forecasting to unprecedented levels, thusly allowing us to make informed, substantive personnel and asset growth decisions in an effort to expand all of our businesses. We welcome her leadership as part of our senior management team to continue to manage finances and human resources, but also to grow our business development and marketing efforts across our business units" says Ajay R. Patil, co-founder and principal of Showcall, MHA Audio and Checkmate Global.
Prior to joining MHA Audio, Jacki worked in the construction industry and was responsible for the financial aspects of multi-million-dollar construction projects. While in college, Jacki interned for a tier-one regional general contractor, climbing her way to Senior Accountant.

MHA Audio is proud to announce the addition of Chris Capaletti to the MHA Audio Team as Vice President.

Hailing from Baltimore, but having worked around the country since 2006, Capaletti’s audio experience in the live events industry spans a diverse portfolio that has provided him with a comprehensive skill set along with an unparalleled level of experience.

Capaletti’s entertainment experience stretches from touring with national musical acts, mixing large multi-act festivals and touring with nationally renowned comedians. In the entertainment sector, Capaletti has served as an A1, A2, Monitor Engineer and Systems Tech. Likewise, in the corporate and association markets, he has performed the same duties, but in support of Fortune 100 conferences and meetings.

He also is a natural fit with our corporate culture given his knowledge base, experience, and sense of commitment to Client satisfaction. Capaletti will focus his activities on account and project management, capital investments, staff management and recruiting, and system design.

MHA Audio was founded in 1983 by Michael Scarfe, then FOH Engineer for AC/DC, in a move designed to provide touring audio systems in the US. In 2017, MHA was acquired by Ajay R. Patil and A. Blayne Candy and has continued to provide audio for high profile events such as Papal Visits, Summits, White House Conferences, Fortune 100 companies, associations, and national entertainment.
