FROM THE DESIGN COUNTER SERIES
There’s something incredibly special about framing a portrait like this — because it’s never just about the artwork. It’s about who we are.
This piece came in as a beautifully, detailed portrait of Scout — full of warmth , personality, and quiet strength. The goal wasn’t to compete with the artwork — but to support it.
We chose a rich, warm brown mat to echo the tones and Scout’s coat, paired with a soft inner accent that gently draws your eye in word. The chosen frame moulding carries a classic profile with subtle depth, giving the piece presence without overpowering it
From my side of the table, it’s always about balance — letting the artwork breathe a while still giving it a sense of home.
Because pieces like this aren’t just decor… they’re part of the family.
