*Feb 17th 2025 - Mar 2nd 3025

1 meal per day individuals choose which meal(anything on a plate is a meal)
*Fruit juice, tea only...no coffee, no soda*
*Light items are okay to eat during the day as long as they're not on a plate.
**Items such as fruit, nuts, VEGETABLES, etc can be eaten anytime **
2. Nothing WHITE ( rice, potatoes, white bread etc)
3. No social media
4. Read AT LEAST 5 scriptures from proverbs daily.
6. Personal prayer DAILY
7. Join corporate prayer via zoom ( Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Sunday evening)
