Through the Williamson County Fair’s Hometown Heroes program, we recognize local veterans and active military members who continue to make a difference through service, leadership, and dedication.

With heavy hearts, we share the passing of our beloved Williamson County Fair founding board member, Judy Hayes.

Judy served as a Williamson County Commissioner for 28 years and was a steadfast supporter of the fair throughout her life. Her passion for philanthropy and leadership left a lasting impact across Williamson County, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

The Williamson County Fair had 1,224 total livestock show entries in 2025.

This year, all livestock shows will follow an open-class format for both juniors (18 and under) and adults, creating expanded opportunities for participation from residents across the state. Online entries open June 15.

We’re looking for a Creative Arts Chairman for the 2026 Williamson County Fair! 🎨✨

This role oversees our Creative Arts exhibits, including handicrafts, needlework, quilts and sewing displays from entry through exhibition. Responsibilities include organizing categories, managing volunteer teams, setting up exhibit layouts, coordinating judging and ensuring all entries are properly displayed, safe and well-organized throughout the fair.

If you’re passionate about creativity and community involvement, this is a great opportunity to help showcase local talent at the fair.
