Good morning and happy Werk Your Craft Wednesday! Gemini by Albert Innaurato, a HILARIOUS but vulnerable look at a not your average family in the 70s, begins at 6:30, that is if you want the full story 👀. I have had the pleasure to direct the most high energy, motivated to work actors who have worked so hard to tell this story through their acting choices as well as a brilliant creative team that has helped me to rebuild the world of 1970s Philadelphia. I mean this with every fiber in my being, this is a night of theatre you do NOT want to miss. 🎭

Even with a pandemic, theatre always finds a way. Come see this diverse group of talented actors who each bring something unique to this zany comedy tomorrow and Sunday at 2:00 and September 12th & 13th at 2:00. The performances will take place at Paul Park in Dedham and the audience will be socially distanced from each other so everyone can sit back, relax, and enjoy the show. As I looked over the beautiful hills and mountains of New England on the summit of Mount Wachusett a few days ago, I reflected on how much I’ve improved my life since the semester ended as well as what I want for this next chapter as I head to London on Friday. One of those things while hard is something that I believe is going to help me immensely in the long run. That thing is that I will be deleting all of my social media accounts (except Facebook). I have come to realize that these accounts no longer serve a purpose in the life I am trying to lead so I will have to let them go. I will leave this up for a few days so that all of you are aware and if you got to the end of this, thank you for reading and I hope we can reconnect in person when I get back home in May :)

Last night I saw Anatomy of Gray at my old high school and I could not be prouder of the growth of the young performers that I once worked with, only a few years ago. The pacing was excellent and the performances had more depth to them than other high school shows that I’ve seen. I am so happy that this kind of theatre is being produced at Wachusett and I am even happier that the theatre department will be taking this piece to Thespian Festival! Hey everyone! If you’re not up to anything this weekend, do yourself a favor and come see 40 talented teens put on a 60 year old musical theatre classic with “The Music Man”! As an Acting Assistant, I’ve been able to watch and help these students build their characters over a three week period and it’s been truly a wonder to watch. Tickets can be bought at The Hanover Theatre’s website (which will be linked in my bio). I hope to see you all there!!! ❤️🎭
