Sometimes the hardest part of outreach is simply giving someone an easy reason to say yes.

Before the doors open, decide who will welcome new guests, how people can request prayer or information, what next step you will offer, and who will respond afterward.

A concert can open the door to meaningful conversation, but someone must be ready to continue it. Follow-up can be simple. It needs to be thoughtful, timely, and connected to the purpose of the event.
