There are guitar players...and then there is Trey Hensley 🎸

Grammy winner and two-time reigning IBMA Guitar Player of the Year Trey Hensley comes to the Franklin Theatre on Thursday, July 23rd.

Praised by Merle Haggard and Marty Stuart, invited to Eric Clapton's Crossroads Guitar Festival, and a collaborator with Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton, Vince Gill, and Tommy Emmanuel, Hensley is as close to a once-in-a-generation talent as it gets.

He'll be performing material from his brand new album Can't Outrun The Blues, with a title cut that's spent multiple weeks at #1 on the bluegrass charts.

Plus, opening the show that night is Franklin's own Tennessee WoodPile! They're rooted in the timeless sounds of classic bluegrass with a modern edge that keeps the music alive and vibrant for today's audiences.
