Fierce Dance Studio is growing, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team! ❤️🖤

As a growing studio owner and mom of two, I’m looking for someone dependable who can help bring our classes to life and become a trusted part of the Fierce family.

✨ DANCE INSTRUCTOR / INSTRUCTOR TRAINEE

We are looking for someone who:

* Has experience teaching dance OR is physically fit, energetic, and willing to be trained in our Fierce Dance Studio teaching structure
* Is comfortable working with children of different ages
* Is patient, kind, encouraging, and positive
* Is dependable, responsible, and professional
* Has great energy and can keep children engaged
* Is comfortable demonstrating movement and participating physically in class
* Can take direction and learn our curriculum and studio expectations
* Has a clean background check
* Is a team player who genuinely enjoys working with children
* Has reliable transportation and dependable availability

Dance experience is a plus, but it is NOT the only thing I’m looking for.

If you are physically fit, confident, great with kids, willing to learn, and have the right attitude, I am willing to train the right person!

❤️ WHAT YOU’LL DO

* Assist with and/or teach dance classes
* Demonstrate choreography and exercises
* Help maintain a positive and structured classroom
* Encourage and motivate dancers
* Help with studio events, rehearsals, performances, and other studio needs
* Follow Fierce Dance Studio curriculum, policies, and teaching standards

I’m looking for someone who will treat my dancers care and patience. This position is about more than knowing how to dance — it’s about being a positive role model for children.

Due to an influx of parents who are unable to attend, our Parent Meeting has been canceled.

If you are registered for the 2026–2027 season, please check your email for your Welcome Packet.

Please be sure to:
✔️ Read through the entire Welcome Packet carefully.
✔️ Sign and submit the Parent Agreement, confirming that you have read and understand all studio policies and procedures.

We’re excited to expand our Saturday schedule at Fierce Dance Studio with two new classes designed for growth, confidence, and FUN!

✨ Tiny Tots Class (Ages 2–3)
A playful introduction to movement, rhythm, and coordination.
•Saturdays 11:00–11:30 AM
•$50/month

✨ Cheer Prep Class
Perfect for cheer fundamentals, motion technique, jumps, and performance skills.

•Saturdays 11:40 AM–12:40 PM
•$65/month

These classes are a great way to introduce little kids to structure while still keeping it fun and encouraging.

Our recital this past Saturday was a tremendous success, and we are incredibly proud of our dancers. Each performance showcased months of dedication, growth, and hard work!
