Possibly the longest running child s*x conspiracy in Kentucky history. The architecture of the YMCA s*x ring did not materialize until November 2020 when I learned I was eligible for a settlement related to the Boy Scouts S*x Abuse Settlement. It was then I realized that as a child there had been one other victim at the local YMCA that turned into an abuser and after over twenty years, he was indicted and convicted of 206 counts of child s*x abuse. Hi name was Mike Kennedy and he was the Executive Director of the Frankfort, Kentucky YMCA from 1990-1997, before his being exposed.
Who was not exposed was the Executive Director that retired and passed the torch to Mike Kennedy. Monroe Monday was his name, and he managed to either cover up a decades long s*x abuse frenzy or he was the most incompetent director in history.
You, the reader get to decide the truth based on many red flags that became uncovered through my testimony in Federal Court. Monroe Monday participated in the s*x acts when I was molested in the YMCA in 1969.
