THANK YOU ISN'T ENOUGH
At Sunday's annual meeting, Clinton County Civic Theatre said goodbye to two longtime leaders and creative forces: Eric Adams and Scott Haan. These two men have been cornerstones of our organization for decades, and we'll miss their skills, but we're happy to see them move on to bigger and brighter horizons. Eric and his wife, Pam, recently moved to be closer to their first grandchild, and Scott continues to take on new leadership roles with Purdue University West Lafayette.
Eric stepped down as president after leading us through COVID, helping establish our online ticket sales interface, and bringing us into the modern age through technological advances. As Eric said to our attendees on Sunday, he stepped in with big plans and was the right person for the job when we needed him. We couldn't agree more! We appreciate all you've done in all your years, not only as board president, but as a director, actor, technician, and passionate supporter of all things CCCT. Though you may be further away, we hope we'll still see you and Pam at many future shows.
Scott stepped down as Vice President last year, but served one more year on the board of directors to help transition his duties. Scott has long been a key behind-the-scenes contributor, designing our show programs and posters and helping with all things CCCT marketing. The countless hours he's put in may go unnoticed by the general public, but everyone who has ever served on the board or worked on a show with CCCT knows how big the shoes, both figuratively and literally, Scott leaves. We cannot thank Scott enough for his years of generous service to our organization and wish him the best of luck in his future leadership roles! We look forward to seeing you, Rhonda, Xander, and Susan at shows for years to come!
