Hello Freeland Parents! We’re launching a “Pregame Program” for football and soccer players this fall.

Our Pregame Program js awesome! Kids (5th-9th) can come over to R1SE right after school and knockout their homework with guidance before practice, allowing them to perform with a clear mind and all responsibilities taken care of. Evenings are now reserved for dinner, showers, and recovery.

This program helps athlete parents immensely as they too are stress free knowing everything is taken care of for the next day.

Parents can register their kids at r1seup.com. All they have to do is put “Pregame Program” and the coaches’ name in the note section of the sign-up form.

We’d love it if you’d share and promote this. We hope it can be a great help in keeping your athletes on the field and on track. We’re here to make life easier for hardworking parents like you. 💚 Go Green!
