It is with great sadness that we announce that today will be our last day at Hello,Deli!. As we prepare to say goodbye to our beloved Francestown Village Store it seems fiscally responsible for us to close the books for Hello, Deli! at the end of month/end of quarter time frame. We have enjoyed the time we have spent getting to know new friends and catching up with old friends. We especially would like to thank Rob and Christina for giving us this opportunity. We all entered into this fully knowing the risks as well as the benefits of our new venture and the Wohles were incredibly supportive and helpful to us. The staff at the francestown village store are AWESOME!!! Thanks to all of the staff for helping us when we could not be behind the counter. You all made it possible for us to make this work. Cathy and I both love to cook and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking for all of you. We also enjoyed trying out new things that you all suggested. We thank you for your patronage. It has been great fun! We will still continue to offer catering so if you need us, give us a call! So for now, Hello,Deli! bids you a fond farewell.
