Congratulations to Fay School art teacher Catherine Gruetzke-Blais, who was one of four artists selected by the City of Framingham to create a mural panel celebrating the city’s 325th anniversary.

Catherine’s panel, depicting “Landscape and Environment,” explores Framingham’s history through the places and natural landscapes that have shaped the community over the past 325 years. Her work is now part of a permanent installation on the second floor of Framingham City Hall.

Working on a landscape painting of a mineral river in the rainforest of St.Lucia now. It was so beautiful there! This is a work in progress. Not done yet.
