Any creative, any independent contractor, knows how easy it is to tip the scales too far.

After dealing with health scares and injuries there’s one thing I’ll be prioritizing from here on out:

My health

Physical and mental.

I tattoo four days a week. One for admin and drawing only.

I spend as much time as I can with love ones (pets included)

I do yoga daily

I eat well but joyfully

I spend as much time outside as I can stand

I create art for fun

I do all of these not just to live a full life, and minimize pain, but also so that I can continue to do this demanding craft for as long as my body will let me.

Thank you to all my clients who bring me lovely projects (like this dainty set of scales!) and fill my life with art. I hope to create magic with you all for many years to come.

The idea of singing “If You’re Happy And You Know It” with any level of confidence seems — harder than ever to say the least. God bless my librarians, educators, and the like. Y’all are extremely real ones.
