Be Unstoppable Katalyst Fitness is a fitness studio where change is ignited and everyone who joins will be unstoppable! Since then, I haven’t looked back.

After dancing with a group of women (and men) in a community surrounded by love and support made me feel like I was home at AliKat Moves, and that overwhelming feeling launched me into becoming a Zumba instructor in January 2014. I have expanded my fitness repertoire into strength training and powerlifting, and my passion for fitness and being a strong, independent woman has only grown. I want to

continue to be a catalyst for change, as AliKat Moves will always be the catalyst for my big life changes. Being healthy isn't just a number on the scale! It's how you feel and how you choose to live your life. At Katalyst Fitness, our goal is to have you come into class excited and leave smiling, sweaty and feeling accomplished! Krew & Kast of Katalyst....

My heart is just completely full after this morning. As you all know, Broadway is definitely not my usual genre, and I felt so incredibly vulnerable stepping onto the floor today. But I always say that everyone is a dancer—if we hear the music, it makes us smile, and it keeps us moving. Katalyst is a space for everyone to fully live the 2026 motto - “My song is on. The world can wait.”

I am so deeply grateful to have shared that space with you all. I was so glad I could snap this photo because I wanted you to see what it looked like from the outside: a group of beautiful people throwing their whole hearts into the work. You absolutely killed it—hats and all! Thank you for making this space feel joyful, supportive and welcoming. Let's lace up and do it all over again tomorrow. Today, you were all truly….one singular sensation.

The lights are bright, the stage is set, and Nash has his golden top hat ready for his big Broadway debut! We are bringing the magic of NYC straight to the studio this Saturday for an epic, high-energy Broadway Pop-Up Dance Class. Get ready to leave it all on the dance floor as we jazz, strut, and sing along to an absolute powerhouse playlist featuring hits from Hairspray, The Wiz, In the Heights, Hamilton, Mamma Mia!, Chicago, Six, Chess, and A Chorus Line.

Marisa, Beth, and I are completely thrilled and cannot wait to dance with you.

You can use your regular class card to join, or drop in for just $17 using cash or Venmo (-Brother).

During the month of March, Katalyst was so full of energy, positive vibes, and the sounds of new songs and new friends. It was incredible to see how everyone truly lived Zumba’s motto: "My song is on, the world can wait." You let the outside world fade away and gave your all to the music, and the atmosphere in the studio was electric because of it.

I loved hearing about the dedication happening behind the scenes for March Madness BINGO—from people taking their boards home to color-code their squares to those of you meticulously planning out your entire month just to make sure you could fit everything in. That kind of commitment to prioritizing yourself is exactly what our community is about.

We have to give a HUGE congratulations to the two superstars pictured here who completed the ENTIRE board. Finishing every single square on that card is no small feat; it takes a level of dedication, planning, and relentless consistency that is truly next level.

We also want to recognize the incredible effort of those who were right on their heels: we had one person just 1 square away, one person 2 squares away, and another only 3 squares away from a total board completion. The drive you all showed to get that close was impressive (& fun) to watch.

Because this round was such a great way to build community, we aren’t waiting until next year to do it again. Fall Back-to-School Bingo is officially happening. We are already starting to dream up some brand-new squares to keep things fresh, and since this is your community, I am all ears. If you have thoughts on what challenges we should add to the next board to keep you on your toes, please let me know.

I’ve been busy refreshing the playlist and I am obsessed with the new additions. We’ve got some fresh electro-swing dropping that is guaranteed to be your new favorite obsession. It’s high energy, a little vintage, and a total blast to dance to. 💃✨

We are planning another pop-up class at the studio and we want YOU to help decide what it will be.

Pop-up classes are one of my favorite things to create because they bring a different kind of energy into the room. They feel fresh, intentional, and high energy. I love being able to shape them around what people actually want to hear and experience, so each one feels like it belongs to the people in the room - the Krew.
